The earliest studies about contact was proposed by Hertz and a Hertzian contact model was presented with the assumption of ideal hemisphere, elastic deformation[1].The Hertzian model is only valid for the situation of isotropic materials and small deformation.
In this paper, the Greenwood and Williamson’s model is employed as the elasto-plastic constitution of the materials.

Results accuracy was verified by determining percentage relative error of mass estimation with respect to the value calculated based on the machine geometrical and material properties.
Approximate value of mass M2, determined on the basis of knowledge of machine geometrical (Fig. 5) and material properties, equals 138 [kg].

Concrete is considered to be continuous and uniform material, of which the uniaxial compression stress strain curve is proposed by Z.H.
Guo [9], while the Mises’ yield criterion and Rankine’s crack criterion are used in the dispersed crack model and the bond-slip relationship between concrete and FRP, considered as elastic material, is proposed by X.Z.
Input parameters such as material parameters of FRP, the strength of concrete, the section area of steel bar and the internal forces are set as random variables, while the maximum tensile stress of concrete element st, the maximum tensile stress of FRP element sf, and the relative slip displacement on the interface s0 are output parameters.
