(c) The stress was approximately calculated under elastic material in Each ages phase, so the precision of calculation results is insufficient;
For comprehensive analysis, stress calculation values slants big, but the situation is qualitative according to laws.
7.2 Conclusions
(1) With the suggested analysis, calculation theory is reasonable, calculation method is simple, convenient; The analysis methods synthetically considered the main feature of constrained floor ,and Introduced the concept of constraint influenced range, and the computation method of influenced range.

Electroluminescence of GeSn/Ge MQW on Si substrate
GeSn alloys attract great attention because Sn affects the band structure and for a sufficient large Sn
content it is predicted to become direct semiconductor material (EΓ < EL).
This energy levels can be calculated by EQW = Ebulk + En. (1) Whereas Ebulk denotes the bandgap energy of the bulk material.
Accordingly, the MQWs with Ge0.93Sn0.07 wells analyzed here do not establish a direct material, irrespective of their very intensive luminescence as shown in Fig. 2.Table 1: Energies of compressively strained GeSn as deduced from experimental data Ebulk Peak T = 80 K T = 300 K A - indirect line, L-hh 0.621 eV 0.596 eV B - direct line, Γ-hh 0.681 eV 0.651 eV C - direct line, Γ-lh 0.740 eV 0.711 eV Acknowledgement This work was supported by the German Research Foundation (DFG) in the framework of the project "Germanium-Laser für die Silizium-Photonik" (KI 561/5-1 and OE 520/5-1).

Introduction
Mineral resources are nonrenewable and indispensable material base for human society to survive and develop.
It was relatively late for China to start the study of utilization of tailings, but we have been developing at a rapid pace, esp. in recent years, and have made encouraging achievements in the fields of reclamation of valuable components, manufacturing of architectural materials and soil conditioner using tailings as material [6-10].
It can also act as a flotation dispersant, especially for the materials with high content of slimes.

unbalance of interelectrode gap and the unbalance distribution of electric field lead to the unbalance
of current density distribution, resulting in the non-uniform material removal of anode.

In the poor working conditions of the boiler system, the material must resist the high temperatures nearly 1900℃ and transfer the heat to the water with the temperature of about 300℃.
