Abstract.
Atomic nucleus contains enormous energy, either nuclear fission or fusion with enormous energy to produce, but nuclear fusion nuclear fission energy than the much larger, Compared with nuclear fission, nuclear fusion will hardly bring radioactive pollution and other environmental issues, and the materials can be obtained directly from seawater by deuterium, a source of virtually inexhaustible, is the ideal energy.[3] But now people science and technology is not controlled nuclear fusion, so the main nuclear power is nuclear fission.
Conclusion Energy is a human survival and development of the necessary material conditions, with the verge of extinction of traditional fossil fuels, development and utilization of new energy to replace traditional energy sources is an urgent need.

In many science fiction movies, robots based on computer technology are described as things that have super human intelligence, even as ruler of mankind.
After 10 years’ time and enormous loss of human and material resources, Japan’s attempt to develop the fifth generation computer proved to be fruitless.
System concept can help us understand how to use computers effectively in medical science.
It can make the researching and building of hospital infomationization progress along a right direction, avoid detours as much as possible, avoid impractical expectations and unnecessary waste of personnel and material.

This is because that the shear failure of the slab rib belongs to brittle failure, and it is beyond any repair because it is deep within the structure, and the concrete materials are largely discrete; on the other hand, if a slab rib is broken, the upper and lower slab ribs will separated and the integrity of the structure will not be maintained.

Through input into Tianjin wave, analysis the dynamic characteristics of the model, the results show that: to tall wall-frame structure, shear wall is very restriction of lateral displacement in the central and bottom, stronger than upper structure on lateral displacement limit ability.
