Abstract.
Introduction Submarine groundwater discharge(SGD)is an universal natural process in the coastal belts[1] and has been recognized as an important pathway for material transport to the marine environment[2], the terrigenous groundwater and circulating water are its two main sources.

So it is necessary to introduce a new technique of CCC which can be performed by many ordinary kinds of vibratory rollers and be used for many materials and it has intellectual property right.
The CCC of integrated roller provides relative values representing the developing of the material stiffness all over the compacted area.
The roller must be equipped with a documentation system that allows continuous recordation through an accurate positioning system with roller location and corresponding density-related output, such as number of roller passes and roller-generated materials stiffness measurements.

The models are trained with real data, so that the DT can predict the behavior of the production process under changing conditions of ongoing processes, machines or materials, and optimal operating conditions can be predicted.
The key aspects are related not only with the composition and hardness of the material, but also with the high geometric precision of the product [1, 2].
Machine Learning (ML) is receiving great attention in science and technology research and is already playing a fundamental role in the digitization of production towards Industry 4.0.
