Establishment of Index System Influencing Cleaning Quality
In this article, from the perspective of 5M1E (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measure and Environment), by using AHP [4] to establish hierarchical and ordered structure method, the index system influencing cleaning quality is established.
Formula of chemical cleaning liquid is chosen by component of scale and metal material.
Through investigation, chemical cleaning liquid is only chosen by metal material in this factory.

Basic Principle of Electrical Discharge Machining
EDM is a manufacturing process whereby a piece with desired shape, size, and surface is obtained using electrical discharges.[2] Material is removed from the workpiece by a series of rapidly recurring current discharges between two electrodes (one is called tool-electrode while the other is called workpiece-electrode).

Adaptive filter can operate well in unknown environment and its statistic of tracking input changes with time, thus adaptive signal processing becomes a new branch of science of signal and information processing, and has been widely applied in telecommunication, industrial control, seismology, biomedical engineering and other fields.
Dynamic-statistic prediction method may also be used for prediction of PV power station capacity; the method makes time serial analysis according to history observation material, without regard to physical significance of photovoltaic conversion, the greatest feature of the method is simplicity.

This paper reference literature [10], combined with the actual work of representative equipment maintenance, evaluated the overall packing from packaging materials, packaging identification, packaging technology and packaging protection requirement, drafting table, to 1 points for the full value ,and then minus points, as shown in table 7.
