With the rapid development of Telematics and the increasing demand of drivers on vehicles, vehicle Telematics witnesses the great progress around the world. In order to improve the traffic conditions, some countries, especially in the North America, Europe, have carried out relevant projects of vehicle Telematics, such as OnStar, eCall, G-Book, inkaNet. The paper presents the concept and current development of Telematics home and aboard; then gives detailed analysis on and comprehensive comparison among the four Telematics systems mentioned above; proposes the three major problems (speech recognition, charging standards and service chain) to be solved in China based on the analysis on the application of Telematics abroad; finally reveals the prospective of Telematics faced in China.

Along with the development of the measuring technique and computer technology, market competition is aggravating, the modern product of the design cycle demands shorter especially in automobile field. In order to meet the development requirements of automobile, we must reduce the design cycle and cost, so the Reverse Engineering (RE) technique has applications widely. This paper describes some concepts about reverse engineering. It points out the key technologies in reverse engineering like cloud data processing technology and surface reconstruction technology. Finally this paper uses the reverse engineering software CATIA to recover one inner automobile panel and describes the process of reverse engineering in details to build 3D model.

Specimens of medium carbon steel were quenched and warm-compressed on a Gleeble 3500 Machine. The microstructure of the specimens was studied by using an optical microscope and a transmission electron microscopy. And the properties were investigated by using tensile tests and hardness tests. Results show that the starting microstructure is lath martensite with a small amount of flake martensite. After 50% compression at 550-650°C, ultrafine grains can be observed in the specimens. The microstructure of the specimens compressed at 600°C is equiaxed ultrafine ferrite grains + nano-carbides and a good combination of strength and ductility is obtained. The tensile strength and total elongation are 861MPa and 19.1%, respectively. The hardness is 233.81Hv.

Depolymerization of nylon 6 (PA 6) to obtain caprolactam in the mixture of water and ionic liquid ([Bmim]Cl) was a environmentally benign and high efficient method. There are two reasons for the using of ionic liquid: first is that high H+ concentration in the mixture and the other is that anions of ionic liquid can break the hydrogen bonding of PA 6. The products of depolymerization are analyzed by mass spectrometry and high-performance liquid chromatography and the main is caprolactam. The optimal conditions to obtain caprolactam are determined of reaction temperature 170 °C, IL/H2O (w/w) 13.4%, and reaction time 8 h, and thus the yield of caprolactam 30.7% and degradation of PA 6 94.1%.

Remote sensing classification, as an important means of urban planning and construction, has been widely concerned. Urban land use classification is extremely challenging tasks because of some land covers are spectrally too similar to be separated using only the spectral information of remote sensing image. Object-oriented remote sensing image classification method overcomes the drawbacks of traditional pixel-based classification method. It combines the spectral, special structure and texture features of the images, can effectively avoid the phenomenon of "different objects share the same spectrum" or "the same objects differ in spectrum. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is an excellent tool for remote sensing classification. Combination of both can develop their own advantages to do high-resolution remote sensing image classification. Using a public image in Harbin city as an example, classification based on object-oriented method and SVM has achieved better results than traditional pixel-based classification method.

Real-time scheduling and signal priority strategies play a critical role in improving the service quality of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system. The delays of public passengers and social vehicles are essential factors that should be considered for signal priority control. This paper proposes a signal priority algorithm for BRT based on intersection resource integration from the angle of intersection time and space combinatorial optimization, which combined optimize lane functional partitioning and green ratio allocation. The results of the data validation proves that the optimization model can significantly reduce the BRT vehicle delay at the intersection, while reducing the adverse effects of social vehicles.

The epoxy cathodic electrodeposition (CED) coating modified by organic siloxane has been prepared. EP-44 resin was modified by aminosiloxane and organic amine, then to be neutralized with organic acid and emulsified in deionized water with blocked isocyanate as curing agent. The CED films were electrodeposited on tinplate, and the properties of the paint films were investigated. The results indicated that the films shown good performance.

Tool path is usually described by means of continuous small linear segments. It results in large number of programming points in order to achieve high precision. A construction method of tool path based on arc-cell is presented in this paper, and the tool path is G1 continuous. The construction method is applied to describe the tool path of wave shape specimen and hill shape specimen. For the two specimens, when their tool paths are described based on continuous small segments, 128212 and 184954 linear segments are necessary, respectively. But when their tool paths are described based on arc-cell, 15838 and 21669 arc-cells are necessary, respectively. And its more important that these arc-cells include information of curvatures and arc-lengths to control acceleration and deceleration.

Based on the transmission line theory, this paper applies the mode theory to predict the MTL(multi-conductor transmission line) crosstalk by selecting voltage as the research object, thus establish the model of estimating MTL crosstalk in inhomogeneous medium. Then make numerical calculation in MATLAB for the estimate model established in this paper, and also compare the calculated values with the simulated values in EMC studio. The compared results show that the calculated results of this model is highly consistent with the practical simulated values, verifying the correctness and feasibility of mode theory in MTL crosstalk prediction.
