In the rural environment of eastern Turkey, buildings are mostly built by the owner as masonry structures with materials that can be obtained locally.
The builder-owner uses low-strength materials such as adobe brick, clay brick, rubble stone, round timber logs, earth roof filling, and mud mortar; with the primary concern being cost, rather than seismic loads.
In the last decade, even though people in rural areas of the region began to use non-local materials, such as concrete and aluminium, they still build their units with structural faults due to a lack of knowledge [19,20].
The main reasons behind this result rely upon the structural faults in buildings and low quality materials used in constructions regardless to meeting the requirements in law.

The arbitrary emission and stack of garbage and sludge not only make pollution of the environment, but also waste of resources. in order to assure the national economic construction demand for the building materials with high quality, protect the sustainable development of building materials industry, and reduce the environment load, the research and development of eco-building materials is a necessary option.
The raw materials should be directly put into the rotary kiln to calcinate.

Currently, most materials containing DBP are disposed of with other municipal solid waste (MSW) by landfill.
Microbes in refuse are the principal participants in organic materials degradation.
Materials and Methods Tested Refuse.
This may indicate that the organic materials biodegradation was enhanced by methanogens when the bioreactor landfill changed from the acidic phase to the methanogenic phase.
The landfill environment was still acidic on day 90 (Fig. 2), during which time the organic materials in the refuse were hydrolyzed, fermented continuously and produced various organic acids.
