It is known after analyzing to the flying shear cutting method, instruments and control method that cutting precision relates to the sizing length, material yield strength, product-line speed, blade gap.

Currently, the video information retrieval are just keyword-based methods, this method can not be rational expression on the one hand the real needs of users, easily lead to retrieve a large number of unrelated content, users also need to look again; the other hand, based on keywords require manual for video tagging, wasted a lot of manpower and material resources, but also for the rapid growth of network data, almost impossible to do manually tagging, that may cause the user can retrieve the desired content or retrieve the contents of the error.
