This may give some references to electrical and mechanical equipment design, production and construction.
During the installation process, the connecting parts of the insulation protection should be pay more attention and as far as possible to reduce the environmental affect on the properties of equipment insulation.
Mechanical Vibration Resistance Performance.
For the highway electromechanical products, the main reason during the mechanical vibration resistance is the non passed Mechanical processing.
According to the equipment itself there are two ways to solve the problem: 1) Hardware debugging, the detection sensitivity can be adjusted appropriately combined with the environment factors which make the vehicle detector neither lost car nor repeat counting. 2) Software settings, if two lane coils detect vehicles together according to the wire coil starting time to determine one car information.

Many factors can affect breakout patterns, such as the material used in the pick tip and the geometry of the tip, pick arrangement, rock properties, as well as drum rotation speed and advance speed.
It can be seen from Fig. 2 that given that other factors remain the same, advance speed can significantly change the breakout patterns of a drum.
Assume one line is cut by a single pick and the cut of the pick is not affected by other picks.
Various factors such as pick spacing, number of spirals, angular positions between picks, breakout angle, and drum advance speed per revolution can affect the pick cutting interactions.

Therefore, the choice must depend on a good knowledge of the properties of each material [1].
At the end, a very solid tissue is formed, apparently unchangeable but with a continuous and dynamic evolution due to biochemical stimuli (growth factors, cytokines, hormones) and to mechanical forces applied to the bone [1, 2, 11].
There are natural materials which are generally easy to find, prepare and model in required formats and composition, with mechanical and structural properties very similar to human bone tissue.
Composites may be particle-loaded polymers, fibres, ceramic/carbon tubes also in nanoscale (<100 microns) and, as hybrids, they have excellent physical and mechanical properties [15].
As regards the mechanical properties of a graft, trabecular dimensions and thicknesses also play a decisive role.

Besides, the effectiveness of laser polishing
process depends on the thermal and optical properties rather than the mechanical properties of the
work material.
The increase of temperature introduces amorphous carbon to diamond layer which directly affects the mechanical, thermal and optical properties of the diamond tools.
Laser type and beam energy are the major parameters affecting the quality of the ground surfaces.
Furthermore, many other important factors, such as beam spot size and laser beam moving speed which should affect the performance characteristics, have not been considered in any detail.
Additionally, laser polishing as a thermal process induces many adverse effects to workpiece material which in turn affects the mechanical properties.

(2) Compared with the entire workpiece, the heat-affected region is very small
(3) The material properties of the workpiece are temperature dependent
There are many factors which affect the spark radius, the most important two being material of electrode and the medium.
Material and Element Property.
Though many factors affect the crater size, the energy of a single spark is the most important factor based on empirical equation.

The second part is to print several sets of samples under the optimal parameter configuration conditions, and determine whether the mechanical properties of the tablets meet the use indexes.
The four factors are single layer thickness d, filling rate p, filling speed v, filling pattern s.
And the physical properties and chemical properties of the printing tablets were explored.
And the release properties of acetaminophen tablets were basically consistent with the release performance.

The Reason of Inherent Defects Occur
Material properties include temperature properties, rheological properties and P-V-T relationship. [[] W.
Because the v-shape slot can cause stress concentration, meanwhile, in the weld 1ine place the molecules combined with Van der Waals farce, so it reduce the drawing of mechanical properties deeply and affect the beauty more.

Whatever GIM, RHCIM and Hot Runner Technology, new equipments and control factors are added to process.
More factors need control and adjust, which make the process hard to operate.
