Currently, the video information retrieval are just keyword-based methods, this method can not be rational expression on the one hand the real needs of users, easily lead to retrieve a large number of unrelated content, users also need to look again; the other hand, based on keywords require manual for video tagging, wasted a lot of manpower and material resources, but also for the rapid growth of network data, almost impossible to do manually tagging, that may cause the user can retrieve the desired content or retrieve the contents of the error.

We made follow assumes for portal frame structural system in using SAP2000 software modeling: a) Inclined beams and column foot of the portal frame choose the just node, connection between purlins, wall beams, lateral support and the main portal frame is hinged. b) Assuming constitutive model of the component material of the portal frame is ideal elastic, therefore, the plastic deformation of the component isn’t considerable. c) All of the calculation unit of the structure choose framework unit and the overall model is three-dimensional space model. d) Steel sheeting Diaphragm effect isn’t considered.

Abstract: In allusion to the numerous nonlinearity factors affecting precision in the cut process of cross-cutting line modeling shear and the difficulties to build precision mathematical model controlled by shear, the essay adopts BP neural network to build model of shear precision compensation system.
It is known after analyzing to the flying shear cutting method, instruments and control method that cutting precision relates to the sizing length, material yield strength, product-line speed, blade gap.
