The status quo of denitration of cement kiln
Rotary kiln is the key technology of new dry process cement material burning equipment, is the main source of NOxemission by the cement industry[2].The main waysof the generation Nitric Oxide when calcining cement clinkerare:thermal-NOx, fuel-NOx, instant-NOx and raw meal-NOx.The flue gas generated from the rotary kiln,theoxide emission concentration is about 300-2200mg/m3(Standard conditions).
,Ltd.Collaborate with Environment Science Reseach& Design Institute of Zhenjiang Province, has successfully completed the first demonstration experiment of SNCR technology which was applied to cement plant which has 1800t/dcement production line, Adopts full manual device, nitrogen removal rate can reach more than 80%.From the side to verify the cement kiln adopts advanced SNCR technology as a means of denitration technology feasibility,In the case of using automatic control at the same time, also can be reduced to a sharply reducing agent consumption, save the cost of the cement plant environmental denitration pressure.

4 Conclusion
Based on the Newmark-β step time integration method, using dynamic finite element analysis theory, this paper analyzes in detail and discusses interaction system response of stress and deformation under the horizontal earthquake considering material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity.

Abstract: According to the changes of grayscale or colour in imaging logging data, the principle of fracture automatically segmentation which is in control of threshold and boundary is adopted, combing threshold segmentation principle with shapes of vertical fracture , we can segment and extract fracture images accurately.
