As a railway truck coal unloading equipment, dumper has many prominent features, for example, strong adaptable for the fluid material, truck and transportation condition, unloading efficiency high, good operating environment, etc.
Currently, China has more than 300 sets of car dumper system that run on power plants, ports, metallurgy, coal, chemical and other industries, which improved greatly the efficiency of unloading liquid materials.

Production mix design According to the target mix design, the cold material feeding speed and speed ratio.
Mixture paved by machine should not be repeated artificial dressing except that local shortage of material; obvious roughness of surface; the local mixture segregation, obvious drag marks caused by paver.

Joints Design and Material Properties
This test researches one specimen under reversed cyclic loading, in which yielding firstly occurs at beam ends and shearing failure secondly occurs at joints [1].

In this work, the material for the compliant bearing is Aluminum alloy 6061 – T6.
All the properties of the material are listed in Table 1.
FEA Results With the model in figure 1 and properties of the material in Table III, the rear of the bearing is fixed then unit loads (F = 1N) and unit moment (M=1N.m) are applied to the end effector in three translational directions (∆X, ∆Y, ∆Z) and three directions (θX, θY, θZ) respectively.

In 2003, Qu Juan and Li Huai discussed ladder-type tooth chain connector from the angle of materials and process measures.
, TOOTH 1 receiving the stress is bigger than TOOTH 2. 2) The static test results indicated: Under certain load function, stress of TOOTH 2 are biggest, but the stresses between teeth will redistribute along with the load increasing; The fatigue test results indicated: In the situation of certain experiment strength and the fatigue times, the tooth department presents the crack first, and has the break along with the fatigue times increasing; The experimental result and the finite element analysis results tallies. 3) The cambered surface tooth profile may increase contacting areas, and further as a result of middle symmetrical surface, may guarantee to alignment when two half-ring teeth part mesh with, thus avoids partial loading. 4) when the cambered surface tooth structure of the chain connector processes, not only considered certain cambered surface tooth profile is guaranteed, but also the batch processing, therefore in the chain connector jig design, the jig clamps the rough material
