The solutions of stress singularity of a cracked bi-materials beam under uniform tension and bending were computed.
In the applying research of crack theory, how to make crack quickly is a key problem that meets demand of high efficient production in engineering.
Fig.5 KI with different r/a under bending Fig.6 Relation of KI to depth of crack under bending Conclusions 1) The stress intensity factor of artificial crack with two materials depends on Poisson’s ratio of the two materials and the parameters of specimen.
The stress intensity factors of artificial crack are the similar with the crack of single material, which is shown that the crack formed by two materials can be taken as artificial crack. 2) In the calculation of stress intensity factor of artificial crack with two materials, the singularity of stress depends on the exponent, λ-1, and λ is related not only to the property of the two materials but also to the opening angle of artificial crack.

Abstract.
On the other hand it is well known that oxide materials, which are almost free of defects, are not reactive [44-46].
Therefore, search for oxide semiconductors with optimal performance in solar energy conversion should be based on the application of defect engineering in processing of photocatalysts with controlled defect disorder.
Such approach has been considered for TiO2-based materials [46].

Abstract:The traffic engineering environment impact assessment generally considered the influence on environment of traffic engineering operation stage only, relatively ignored the influence on environment of traffic engineering construction stage and demolition stage.
This paper gives comprehensive analysis on the influence on environment of traffic engineering at the view of the whole life cycle of traffic engineering.
The various stages of carbon emissions are taken together, in the construction phase of traffic engineering, building materials production, processing, transportation and construction process will generate a certain amount of carbon emissions; In the operational phase, transport, transport facilities, ventilation and heating will also generate carbon emissions;, the equipment which are use to remove will produce the same carbon emissions. 2.3 Energy Consumption The energy consumption is investigated energy consumption of traffic engineering in the full life cycle.
The quantification of energy consumption of building materials production can be determined by the energy consumption of building materials production showing in Table 2 [6].
Tab. 2 Energy consumption table of producing building materials Material Name concrete(MJ/m3) rebar(MJ/t) cement(MJ/kg) coating(MJ/kg) Energy consumption 2508.68 27903.2 3.03 61.5 The energy consumption of building materials processing and construction equipment is first converted into standard coal, and then converted to energy consumption by the standard coal (7) In formula (7), n1 is per unit area of energy consumption on the construction phase, Ci is the energy consumption of building materials i,Ni is the amount of building materials i, Mi is converted standard coal coefficient of energy i, Li is the amount of consumption of energy i, Bi is the coefficient of standard coal converted to energy. 3.3.2 The amount of energy consumption on operational phase The energy is consumed mainly by transportation and transportation equipment, ventilation, heating, etc. on the operational phase.

Abstract.
One is "super software" model, which includes all functional modules which most of building engineering need, and shares a central database, and serves end-users in different construction stages through different interfaces.
In particular, the buildings that were destroyed need be restored, the existing old buildings need be protected, their geometric and physical models can be created through digital photogrammetry, which is also very important for the engineering survey and urban planning.

But energy-saving and environment protecting of the project is the result of group decision-making: the government provides preferential policies, the contractors use energy-saving materials, and the owners are willing to spend more money on low-carbon housing, and to reduce the use of air-conditioners.

Introduction As the complexity of the offset printing and the particularity of the prints and printed materials, the process of printing depends on plenty of adjusting devices which adjust the key parts for the machine run normally.
In most cases, the manual mechanical structure are used in the adjustment process for key parts, precision and efficiency are lower.
Studied object in this research is cylinders of offset machine, the principle of other key parts is same.
(2) Parameter output: output the gap state of the key parts
