Renovating and protecting strategies of Dongqian Street From the above analysis, we could conclude that there are all together three major points in renovating and protecting the old communities in the Dongqian street: a) road traffic: the broad roads around the old communities restrict outside people from coming in, but contribute to the traffic accessibility of the communities; b) public facilities: Cultural squares, central squares and greening corridors alongside Yanxi brook provide residents with places to take leisure activities; c) illegal constructions: dilapidated and dangerous buildings increase the potential safety hazards of the communities (Table.1).
Table.1 Site analysis of the old communities in Dongqian Street of Shengzhou Structure Road traffic Public facilities Illegal buildings Plan Labels Urban main roads Urban by-passes Existing commercial centers New commercial centers Landscape corridors finished Under construction Planned to renovate Renovation of the wall area.
Specific formation process as shown in Table.2: Table.2 Public recreational center form generation Problem Lack of boundary for the space Too long and narrow for the space Single space form Method Slice wall should be put in for space separation Three-dimensional traffic to enlarge space Increase of characteristic space joint Graphical representation Steps Form creation Building interspersing Strengthen Block connection Operation Basic blocks should be created based on the landform and main entrance in the center.

This paper investigates the detection of damage for simply supported beams to ensure their safety.
Introduction Structural damage detection has received significant attention in past decades in order to assess the safety and reliability of structures during their service life.
However, many of them have decayed due to the increase in traffic volume, aging, deterioration, misuse or lack of proper maintenance.
Hence, it is important to detect the occurrence, position and severity of damage for the guarantee of simply supported beams safety.

More than 90% of bearing capacity of bored pile is determined by τ, the safety and economy of the bridge are influenced by it also [5].
The actual bearing capacity of the design pile need 1945 t and the design safety factor take 1.6 times as stipulated in the specification, so the allowable design bearing capacity is 3112 t.

The existence of damage in steel box girder bridges may shorten the service life of bridge and impact the traffic safety, even threaten lives and assets.
Therefore, it has an important significance on researching on damage identification of steel box girder bridges for preventing structural safety accidents.

Thus, energy consumption patterns and policies have also become an international security issue due to their link to climate change.
Addressing the issue of climate change needs international cooperation and dramatic shifts in energy consumption patterns on a global scale.
The networks of coal railways and oil-gas pipelines are insufficient, among which coal railway traffic makes up 48%, and oil pipeline transport just occupies 11.5%.
Coordinated safeguard means: maintain the stability and safety of world main energy producing areas and transportation channels; resolve the differences and contradictions in energy field through talks and negotiations; maintain the international energy market order; sustain the application and popularity of energy new technology; coordinated safeguard of global energy security.
