The purpose of this study is to obtain basic data on the properties of the development of lightweight foamed concrete containing a novel and high-efficiency foaming agent for various applications.
The compressive strength decreases exponentially with a reduction in density of foamed concrete due to an increase in void diameter in low density.
A decrease of concrete dry density by 200kg/m3 results in a reduction of thermal conductivity by 0.04W/m·K of lightweight foamed concrete.
When the density increases, the volume of entrained air pore decreased to cause a reduction in the volume of capillary pores and thus showed a decreasing trend of water absorption.

In addition to cutting force reduction, it also experiences a heavy feed force vibrations.
From Fig. 2, the percentage of force reduction is high at 50 m/min (49.73%) when compared to 75 m/min (23.69%).
At cutting speed above 75 m/min, the cutting force reduction is found to be small and about of 11%.
Based on the results in Fig 4, the percentage reduction of force values are found high at 1750 W of power.

Many studies have suggested that the supporting mode of the ball mill transformed from edge-transmission to centre drive, the distance between two bearings has greatly shortened, the rotator stress has been reduced quite a lot [2].However, with the increasing of the diameter, the ball mill works on heavier alternation load and bad atmosphere, the stress of the rotator should be further reduced [3].On the basis of the stress reduction, the thickness calculation should be considered.
Results There are great strength margin in the ball mill rotator according to the experience data.
Take M1max=8020 KN·m, M2max=6568 KN·m, T=1320 KN·m, W1=0.439 m3, where with the formula (2),the rotator thickness is reduced from 30mm to 16mm.Based on the data made above, we may safely come to the conclusion, the ball mill rotator thickness can be greatly reduced.

For analaysis in GRA, datas available should be pre-processed into some quantitative datas for the subsequent process of normalizing.
In preprocessing of raw data for comparison, the original data sequence is converted into a decimal sequance that lies between zero to one.
Zero implies no data information and one implies data with full information.
If the data should be of the condition “Higher-the-better”, then original data sequence should be normalized as, (1) where xoi (k) is original raw data sequence, x∗i (k) is data sequence after data preprocessing, max xoi (k) is maximum value of original sequence, and min xoi (k) is the minimum value of original sequence.
When the output response should be “Smaller-the-better” condition, then the data sequence is normalied as: (2) Principal Component Analysis.
