Abstract.
Introduction For slope stability analysis, the limit equilibrium method (LEM) is widely used by engineers and researchers, but LEM does not take in consideration the flow rules for soil material, and can not reflect their shear dilatancy characteristic [1].

Keywords: desorption experimental analysis; modeling; drying shrinkage; relative humidity; non-saturated concrete
Abstract.
Conclusions 1) Experiment shows that the relative humidity within the concrete decreases most dramatically in the range of the zero hour to 35th day, it becomes mild after the 60th day. 2) Experiment shows that the drying shrinkage and inner relative humidity have a linear relationship under uni-axial substance. 3) Validation of model of drying shrinkage for non-saturated concrete is made by the comparison the computed values and the observed values and it can be as a reference in engineering design.
Department of Civil Engineering, Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Cement and Concrete Research, Vol. 28, No. 7(1998) p. 985–994.
