These faults will reduce the instability of loose materials on both sides of the main channel.
Formation mechanism of material source One type of the loose materials is the collapse accumulation which can be called as potentially unstable body.
The other one is the loose materials which left in the debris flow gully in history.We call this loose materials as unstable body.
So under the action of heavy rain, surface water, and earthquake, the loose materials stability becomes poor.
Local collapse which can provide materials for debris flow will occur.

Non-coal strata appears gas generally in three ways: one situation is a structure connect coal strata of outside the tunnel site or tunnel deep; The second situation is although there is no coal strata in tunnel site, some black carbonaceous strata and mudstone has been reached generation gas phase, with the material basis for generating gas; The third situation is the compound action product of previous two cases.

In the model, the settings of modeling are as following: the flexible bar’s diameter is 1.6 mm; its length is 19.2 mm; the thickness of thin neck is 20 mm, and the distances between the position of the minimum thickness and two endpoints are 10.8 mm and 8.4 mm; its material is beryllium bronze; its density is 8.3 g/cm3; its Young modulus is 133 GPa; its Poisson's ratio is 0.4.
