Test Equipment Vibratory roller compaction effects basically come down to: (1) exerting impact force on the materials; (2) reducing internal friction of granules; (3) making the compaction materials easy to move by vibration.
Vibration compaction parameter selection: vibration frequency 35Hz, vibration amplitude 0.8mm, vibration time 7min, packing method : using three-layer filling materials, weight block weighs 25kg, pressure acting on the sample 13.8kPa.
While using vibration compaction method to compact the subgrade, it is necessary to control the water content of subgrade filling materials, to make sure that the water content within ± 2% of the best water content.

Introduction Over more than half a century, diffusion studies in solids using radioactive tracers [1] have played an important role in understanding the underlying mechanism of atomic transport in solids, which is of great importance in a number of branches of materials science and engineering.
Fast Li diffusion is desirable in battery materials, i.e.
Li ionic conductors for materials of electrodes and solid electrolyte, which are under development for improving the present capability of the secondary Li ion batteries.

Materials and methods A.lture conditions, screening of nitrite reduction bacteria and strain identification 1) Media and culture conditions The medium for the screening of nitrite degradation bacteria contained (g/l): glucose 15.0, NaNO2 1.0, Na2HPO4 1.35, KH2PO4 0.70, MgSO4• 7H2O 0.10, Agar 20.0, CaCl2•2H2O 0.02, nicotine 1.0.
Assimilatory nitrite reduction serves in the production of ammonia which is incorporated into cell material thus allowing growth with nitrate or nitrite as a nitrogen source [20, 21].

Material and methods Reagents and chemicals.
In spite of the high selectivity and specificity showed by the HPLC-FLD systems, only it has been possible to achieve these very low limits through the use of highly selective extraction materials (SPE), which significantly reduce the matrix effects, thus facilitating the detection and quantification of the analytes.
