In this paper, through SAP2000 the test model [1] is simulated and analyzed, the reasonable method is derived for analyzing shaped column frame.
2 Shaped reinforced concrete columns frame test model
The reinforcement model figure is shown in Figure 1.
2.1 Material performance
The average value of measured concrete cube compressive strength is 53Mpa, the elastic modulus is 36693Mpa.

The results of stress field
distribution around hole can be used to resolve the material fracture due to the external load, and
provide an important data for design of mechanical structure with hole.

Due to relatively small forces caused by mentioned mechanical loading system the specimen was made from material PS-1 with the thickness of 3.05 mm and following mechanical properties E = 2500 MPa, μ = 0.38, Rp0,2 = 80 MPa, ρ = 1280 kg×m-3, used in PhotoStress method.

Specimen was retrofitted based on “strong column and weak beam, strong shearing and weak bend, stronger joints”, shown in Fig.2 .Interior joints and exterior joints were mainly retrofitted by different FRP material.
