In July 2005, the Chinese academy of sciences and Yan Zhou Mining Group developed the gas generating system and matching technology successfully, built 80MW gasification combined cycle power industry model device [7].
After a long-term research and development, China's core technology of SOFC such as electrolyte, cathode, anode materials technology has made breakthrough and laid the basic foundation for industrialized development, but further research is still needed in order to optimize the overall performance [8].
