Introduction Almost universities in Thailand have faced the student retirement problem, especially for science and engineering students For the first private engineering university of northern Thailand named North-Chiangmai University, by the collected statistics available at this time, the number of retired engineering student has increased to about 30% and most retired students are the second and third year student for 4 years academic planning.
