This mode enables regeneration of protective layers by selective transfer of necessary material from a lubricating medium.
In order to visualize influence of tribological process running in selective transfer regime the Abbot-Firestone curve of countersample friction surface was drawn which determines material ratio (bearing area ratio) as the function of roughness profile height (Fig. 5).

According to the characteristics of drought in Guizhou, prevention primarily and combine with resistance, synthetically using technology such as legal, administration, engineering, economy and science to improve the ability to prevent serious drought disasters.
For the moderate drought that occurs in crop area but out of the irrigation, mainly adopts mobile drought-resistant facilities according to the actual situation in Guizhou province, these include lifting pump or station which stored drought relief materials and drilling equipment, and mainly to solve the water supply during the seeding time or critical period of crops out of irrigation area.
Perfect the management mechanism, including organization, policies and regulations, plan system, input mechanism, material reserve, drought resistant service organization, basic research, publicity and training, etc.
In terms of non-engineering measures, this article mainly analyses the requirements and designs system at the top from the drought monitoring and early warning system construction, drought relief command schedule system and drought mitigation security management system, and puts forward drought mitigation management organization and measures, drought relief plan and input mechanism and drought relief materials reserve, etc.
