Contact stress exists only in a small local area, even if the contact stress exceeds the yield limit of material, microscopic plastic deformation occurs only within the local area [8].
The contact area becomes larger after plastic deformation, and contact stress decreases to less than the yield strength of the material, so it won’t cause structural damage in the short term.

The real physics involved in this heat transfer process is very complicated, the most significant aspect being unsteadiness of the heat transfer due to the temperature variation of the materials.
The properties of the materials significantly change due to even slight variation of the temperature near critical state.

Introduction
Reinforced concrete (RC) is a kind of composite material which has become the indispensable choice
to civil engineering.
Materials and mix proportions In order to reduce the discreteness of concrete, commercial concrete of grade 30 were applied to cast the specimen, the cementitious materials used for this investigation were Chinese standard (GB175-99) #42.5 Portland cement [7].
