The procedure was repeated with additions of 0 wt.%, 0.5 wt.%, 1 wt.%, 2 wt.% and 4 wt.% Cr.
Results and discussions: Microstructural analysis: The microstructures of Al-Si-Mg alloys added with 0, 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 weight percent of Chromium are delineated in fig. 1(a-e) respectively.

If we want to move the piston fast we can design S1/S2>1, and then if we want to move the piston slowly we can choose S1/S2<1 or S1=S2.
