Working Condition
The basic parameters of the 50000m3 LNG prestressed concrete cylindrical storage tank wall within condition of interior tank betray include: external diameter of LNG storage tank is D = 56.1m; wall thickness is t = 0.65m; tank wall height is H = 29.3m; liquid storage maximum depth is HL = 23.67m, the concrete C45 is used by tank wall and dome; the elastic modulus of concrete materials under the condition of low temperature[4] is E=5.58×1010N /m2; poisson's ratio is v = 0.2, density is ρp=2500 kg /m3; liquid density is ρw=1000kg /m3( LNG density is ρL=460kg /m3).

substrate and grit of CBN abrasives, the certain amount of material should be removed from the
matrix.
In gear-honing with plated CBN honing wheel, cutting depth is related with radial force of honing tooth, normal pressure angle at pitch circle, contact points of homonymous teeth, material's elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio and other factors; 5.
