Bronze-steel was selected as friction pair material between worm wheel and worm, so equivalent friction angle φν was 5.71o~10.20o.
Aluminum alloy whose elastic modulus E was 69GPa, poisson ratio μ was 0.31 and density ρ was 2800kg/m3 was selected as the material of adjusting mechanism.
Because the breaking point of the material σb was 85MP, the mechanism fulfilled stress condition.

Abstract.
Generally speaking, the structure and size are close, the materials and working environment are similar between two brands of tri-cone bit.
In order to optimize design of tri-cone bit, the materials, and heat treatment of the roller bearing anti-friction pair should be taken into consideration besides the radial clearance of assembling bit.

Abstract: Biomass is renewable and carbon neutral.
Furthermore, metallurgical coke, one of indispensable raw materials for blast furnace, is in increasing shortage and coking process causes serious pollution.
Biomass, referring to all living matters on the earth, is a general term for organic materials derived from plants such as grasses, crops, trees, etc.
It was therefore one of the biomass materials that could directly replace conventional coke for large blast furnaces.
