The parameters of cutting tool are: tool rake γo = 5°, tool clearance α0 = 8°, cutting edge inclination angle λs = -2°, tool cutting edge angle kr =90°, tool minor cutting edge angle kr΄= 12°, tool corner radius rε = 0.3 mm, cutting condition: cutting speed are 20, 25 and 35 (m/min), feed speeds are 25, 30 and 35 (mm/min), cutting depth are 0.35, 0.45, 0.5, 0.55, 0.9 and 1.15(mm), workpiece material is 40Cr alloy steel.

Energy consumption of electric slag pooring furnace need to be 70-100kWh/t, and 60-80kWh/t will be saved when flotation method is used; · The tailing from flotation process can be also used as cement addition; · Slag cleaning method can be used to improve the adaptability of flash furnace for rough material, so that the flash furnace will not be a constraint of smelting system when the grade of concentrate fluctuates.
