Supported by National Nature Science Foundation of P.R.China(59889101) Research on inner cracks healing of metal materials plays an important role in
constituting the recovery theory of materials.
In situ, real-time and dynamic observation of inner cracks healing of materials is an effective way to study mechanism of cracks healing.

Finite element simulation
The model of finite element
The model of adhesive-bond of single lap joints was used the linear elastic analysis, so the adhesive and adherend were defined as the linear elastic materials with the 3D-solid185 element.
