Considering the harm of the biochemical terror to person in buildings, American LBNL (Lawrence Berkeley National Lab) has done a lot of work on biochemical material properties, influence of internal security made by indoor and outdoor terrorist poison gas, and the numerical simulation and experimental research about poison gas diffusion and transmission in large space building [1-4].

Nano-scale materials may be defined as having at least one dimension measuring less than 100 nm [1, 2].
In recent years, researchers have enormously been devoted to fabricating monodispersed and controlled shape ZnPNPs and have been investigated their potential applications in the field of materials science, medicinal and biological chemistry.

Abstract.
An important aspect of the reassessment study was the creation of a data bank including all information regarding the condition of the structure from the various phases of the structures life: a) Design Phase Design premises (field data, geotechnical data, standards) Design data (material data, structural model, geometry data) Archives (reports, drawings) b) Installation Phase Built up data (yard surveys, incidental damages) Transportation data (fatigue, damages) c) Operation Phase Modifications (deck loads, revamping) Surveys (damages, corrosion, cracks, marine growth, scouring) Monitoring (structural displacements/stresses, meteoceanographic data, cathodic protection data Geotechnical data, equipment data Statistical regression data (correlation of damage to joint characteristics) A statistical analysis procedure has been developed in order to correlate observed damage of inspected joints to possible (expected) damage of not
