You can thoroughly rely upon our immediate and qualitative Customer Care within all Publication Process. We will assist you in each stage and notify about any changes occurring.

Based on your data, we perform a short internal check and revert to you with additional questions, if any. If the consent is reached between us, we sign a bilateral Contract where all appropriate terms and conditions are provided.

Alongside, you will be furnished with a preliminary quotation.

On-Line Proceeding Scheme

Internal Editorial Scientific Check
- We finally check each paper for the scientific pertinence and verify it for plagiarism via iThenticate.
- We verify each the format and structure of each paper according to our Template.
- We check paper regardless of whether all necessary files have been uploaded or not.
- We agree the final amendments with the Editors of the Special Issues.
- We recalculate our quotation depending on the number of accepted papers and forward the final invoice to the Editors.
  It could include also expenses for printed copy or USB version of the Special Issues you can optionally order.

Special Issues printed as a hard copy book or recorded on USB could be produced for all or only for the chosen papers and delivered worldwide by a courier or in any other way appropriate for you.

You can order Open Access for all or only for the chosen papers either. The price for this option is flexible and depends on the number of papers. All papers with Open Access are published under Creative Commons Attribution License

When the final Invoice has been paid, we launch our final Technical Check.

Final Technical Check
In scope of our three staged Technical Check, a paper undergoes strict verification of author`s references through relevant databases, as well as plagiarism inspection by iThenticate soft.

We polish the papers up to the «shining» condition to enable papers to meet the highest standards of the worldly reputable indexation databases (Scopus, Web of Sciences and others).
Steps towards Publication
On the final step towards Special Issues Publication, we finalize the cover of the Book with Editors, Webpage, Authors, Keywords and Indexation.

Now, the Book with Special Issues is ready to be published.

We e-mail to our authors, giving them access to their papers’ final versions.

The Book is Published Online
It contains a registered DOI number. Now all papers in scope of your Conference proceedings will be easily searchable and retrievable by its unique identifying number (DOI).

It means full integration with scholarly services, citation, archiving, indexation, etc.

Post Production Procedure includes printing works, USB production and their delivery, if ordered.

On this stage, we email all our authors advising them exciting news about online publication of the book and their 25% discount on the printed version. Every author could order printed version/USB of Special Issues separately if they have not been ordered by Special Issues editor yet.

All participants who are working on the book, which is comprising the Special Issues, receive free access to the whole book.
