OUR REQUIREMENTS

Online submission and review of papers are mandatory for all types of papers.
The submitted Paper is considered for publication if it is intended for the relevant journal, it has not been published before, nor being under consideration for publication elsewhere. It should represent accurate, original and unique information concerning topical and significant scientific problems.

We strongly encourage authors to adhere to our Template for Word and LaTex formats.

The paper should be arranged in Word or LaTex format.
The paper should be written in correct English.
The average length of the Paper is to be 7- 25 pages and 10-25 pages for the Review Paper.
The author should be acquainted with our Publishing Policy
The author should be ready to sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement while submitting a Paper. You can read it here

On-Line Proceeding Scheme

Peer-Reviewing process
We are proud of our well-known, rigorous, single-blind Peer-Reviewing process.

It is led by the international pool of distinguished scientists. At least two reviewers are assigned to evaluate your paper. All reviewers follow our Ethical Guidelines.

All reviewers have a high degree of competence in their academic fields.

We have an international pool of reviewers. Editors and reviewers cooperate closely.

We check each paper for the scientific pertinence and review it for plagiarism via iThenticate.

This process could last from 2-3 weeks up to 4-5 months. Seems long? Not at all. It is the average time for most scientific journals with high reputation due to their scrupulous choice of meaningful research as well as plagiarism prevention.

PEER-REVIEWING PROCESS SCHEME

Peer-Reviewing Process comprises the following stages:

Uploaded – ups… something goes wrong. This status means that your paper is not properly submitted. It is not seen yet to reviewers. Have a glance to left menu which is nearby your paper submission place – Edit Paper.
All these sections from the left menu should be completed. If they are properly completed, the System will automatically tick them.
Do not miss the Checklist, it should be also fulfilled. The progress of your paper should show 100%.
Submitted* – Author has submitted a paper title, abstract, authors and keywords. All checkboxes are ticked. The Progress of the Paper shows 100%.
Accepted – Paper has been accepted in its present form.
In Review – Reviewers have been assigned to the Paper; Waiting for submission of reviewer’s reports.
Editorial – Reviews have been completed; awaiting of Editor’s decision.
Rejected – Paper has been Rejected (with or without review).
Revisions – Review Process is over; the Paper needs to be revised. Only this stage allows Authors to revise their papers or relevant information in the left side menu.
As soon as a revised version has been uploaded, the status changes automatically to Revised one.
Revised – Revised Paper is awaiting of Editor’s decision.
Rejected* – Editor has reviewed the abstract and considered that the paper does not match criteria for publication.
Accepted* – Editor has reviewed the abstract and considered that the paper is suitable for publication.

Final Step
Accepted Papers are published in our Journals as soon as the corresponding Volume has been completed.
