Abstract: Vulcanization process is the last step of manufacturing rubber products. For tire tread which is made of short fiber rubber composite material, vulcanization is complex due to during vulcanization process the flow of mixed rubber maybe change short fibers orientation. As a result, during vulcanization process, several pieces of iron wire have been put in the mold to play the role of tire patterns for the first step research. The experimental results indicate that the flow of mixed rubber would not change short fibers orientation greatly, and physical and mechanical properties of short fiber-rubber composite material keep as good as that vulcanized without iron wire.

Abstract: 1-alky-3-methylimidazolium hexfluorophosphate ([n-Cnmim][PF6]) and 1-alky-3- methylimidazolium thiocyanate ([n-Cnmim]SCN) (n=4,8,16) were firstly introducing into the casting solution (PSF/NMP), porous polysulfone (PSF) membranes were successfully prepared by the wet-phase-inversion. The scanning electron microscope was utilized to visualize the cross-sections of the membranes, in order to study the influence of ionic liquids with different alkyl chain on the porous structures. The results indicate that the PSF membranes have different structures and separation properties due to ionic liquids with different alky chain. For ionic liquids with the short alkyl chain, the prepared membranes have the porous structure on cross-sections, but no or weak separation properties. However, for ionic liquids with the long alkyl chain, the prepared membranes have both porous structure and good separation properties. According to the structure of a hydrophobic straight-long alkyl and a hydrophilic limidazolium ring, the ionic liquid with long alkyl chain is considered as a surfactant, it can change not only the interface properties between the casting solution and coagulation bath, but also induce the space structures of the polymer chains.

Abstract: In this paper, the key components of globular indexing cam mechanism are analyzed by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software to solve the distribution of stress and strain of Globular indexing institutions caused by resistance moment. It is more intuitive and appropriate than the ever research of the single individual modal analysis process, and more easy to grasp the analysis results accuracy. It provides more solid theoretical basis for the production and application of globular indexing mechanism.

Abstract: Through the orthogonal experiment with Moldflow software, numerical simulation was conducted in different injection molding process parameters. The influence on the plastic gear tooth root residual stress from the mold temperature, melt temperature, injection time, packing time, and packing pressure was explored was explored. The results showed that: The selected process parameters for plastic gear tooth root of the residual stress effects in varying degrees. By optimizing the injection molding process parameters, the residual stress of injection was reduced to improve the quality of injection molding gear.

Abstract: In order to get an optimum performance of composite materials, it is of crucial importance to select the best curing process, on condition that resin and curing agent system is determined. In this paper, we studied the curing non-isothermal dynamics of the nmSi02 / epoxy resin system, and calculated the activation energy and reaction series, according to Kissinger, Ozawa and Crane method. We found out the peak temperature, the theory gel temperature and the theory curing temperature with extrapolation as heating rate β= 0. Finally we determined the best curing process range of the system.

Abstract: Experiments were carried out with different process parameters to investigate the effects of used parameters on corrosion resistance of TiN coatings obtained. In experiments, TiN imitation gold decoration coatings were prepared on 1Cr13 pen-point and brass chromium plating pen-coil by multi-arc ion plating method. The phase composition of TiN coatings was measured by x-ray diffraction. The corrosion resistance of TiN coatings was tested by salt-mist and artificial-sweat experiments. The relationship between corrosion resistance of coatings and process parameters were analyzed. Therefore, the optimum process parameters were achieved suitable for plating coatings on substrates of 1Cr13 pen-point and brass chromium plating pen-coil with good imitation gold. Imitation gold plating layers obtained have good gloss, corrosion resistance, high hardness, wear resistance, and easy to maintain. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of coatings is more easily influenced by changes of PN2 and Vbom than that of matrix-bias voltage. The TiN coatings are of resistant to corrosion no matter they are in single or multi phase structure. The optimum parameters of achieving good corrosion resistance of TiN coatings are PN2=0.48Pa, Vbom=400V,bias=-20V. Under the optimum conditions, the obtained surface corrosion resistance state of the coatings can reach at least eight grades, even above ten grades.

Abstract: The super brazed diamond saw was developed to cut efficiently vehicle tyre in the research. The carbon film deposited diamond and the uncoated diamond were brazed with NiCr alloy by high-frequency induction heating under argon atmosphere at 1030°C for 30 seconds respectively. The interfacial microstructures between the brazed diamond and the filler alloy were analyzed by the advanced testing technologies. The results shows that long-lath carbides with the definite orientation and better flatness are closely arrayed on the brazed uncoated diamond surface and Cr-carbides forms normally and compactly on the surface of carbon film deposited diamond brazed. That is because the carbon film has changed the mechanism of Cr-carbides forming on the surface of diamond brazed. The test of cutting vehicle tyre shows that the use life of the brazed deposited diamond saw is much longer than that of the brazed uncoated diamond saw.

Abstract: Epoxy resin / clay nanocomposites prepared by shock wave method. The structure and mechanical properties including hardness, stress, strain and elongation at break were investigated. XRD was used to observe the interlayer spacing of the OMMT and SEM was used to survey the morphology of nanocomposites system. The results indicated that nano-montmorillonite can effectively increase the mechanical property of the material. The nano-montmorillonite was well dispersed in the epoxy matrix. The optimal process condition is that shock time 5min, nano-MMT content of 5%, duty cycle 1:3, shock depth 3cm.

Abstract: This text introduced general flow field analyzed method about mixer flow in chamber, though analysis meshing rotor 3D flow field with the FEM.. While this process used six meshing-angles along the rotor circle for analysis the mixed mechanism of meshing rotors, which can improve mixer chamber’s structure and the quality of rubber etc.
