Abstract: This paper researched the mating surfaces between sliding plates on cone ring and segment holders and discussed vertical clearance between segments caused by wear. Relationships between wear depth and parameter a, b, c and wear coefficient K of Archard wear model were analyzed. This work laid a solid foundation for confirming these coefficients accurately in the future.

Abstract: Two new methods which use flexible spoilers to protect submarine pipelines are proposed. One is put flexible spoiler on the top of the pipe to make pipe self-buried. The other is put flexible spoiler under the pipe to stop the erosion under the pipe. Through physical experiments, the pressure distribution and scour hole around the submarine pipeline with flexible deflectors were studied. Experiment results point out that top flexible spoiler can increase the resistance of the pipe, increase the scour hole depth, accordingly make the pipeline be self-buried. The flexible spoiler under the pipe can reduce the pressure difference between both sides of the pipeline, diminish the scour hole depth obviously and even to stop scour.

Abstract: From the points of view of air compressor output pressure, by-pass pipe booster control modes and adjustable Laval nozzle of carbon black dense pneumatic conveying, the feasibility and quantity of energy saving of carbon black pneumatic conveying are analyzed. Several effective energy saving schemes of carbon black conveying are proposed. Then, industrial scale tests based on these schemes were carried out. By analyzing the data, energy saving of carbon black pneumatic conveying is calculated.

Abstract: In this paper adopting the orthogonal method, self-developed compound formulation had tested, and the relationship between the physical properties of vulcanized rubber and rectangular synchronous rotor mixer parameters had researched. The results showed that when the fill factor was 0.6, the rotor speed was 70r/min, cooling water temperature was 45 °C, pressure on the top bolt was 0.8Mpa, the physical properties of the vulcanized rubber was best.

Abstract: The paper take cathode design which is used for removing the burr of gear face as the object to study and use finite element method to solve the potential distribution of processing area.The paper adopt ANSYS software to simulate the dynamic process to determine the rationality of the cathode and propose revision method in order to satisfy the accuracy requirement.

Abstract: Filling factor and polyester short fiber addition impact the mixing process and performances of mixed rubber greatly. The effects of filling factor and polyester short fiber addition on mixing short fiber-rubber composite material have been studied by experimental study. And according to the experimental results, at the condition of filling factor was 0.6 and polyester short fiber addition was 3, the performances of mixed rubber were best.

Abstract: This paper, after optimization of the vertical slab in screw tire-shaping vulcanizing machine taking the method of FEM, shows that the stiffener-inside slab is better than the stiffener-outside, the slab with the structure of stiffeners is better than the bare-board one. Meanwhile, it cuts about 23.69% cost of the steel to take the optimized scheme.

Abstract: Nowadays, ring die, which is a key component in ring mouleded roll forming machine, is applied more in domestic. But it has a higher machine maintenance costs and lower efficienc, and its life becomes shorter under the conditions of high temperature and pressure. By comparing the different simulation length-diameter ratio of the stress field cloud maps, which are anlyzed by ANSYS software, the best length-diameter ratio was gotten in this paper.

Abstract: Through experiments to measure the warming time of top and bottom surfaces of the conveyor plate at different heating temperature, the difference in temperature of top and bottom surfaces was used to analyse the heat transfer characteristics of conveyor plate. And the static difference in temperature heat transfer rate was used to reflect difficulty level of the conveyor plate top and bottom surfaces temperatures close to each other. The solid transportation effect of the wood powder and PVC mixture was confirmed to be best, and the best drying and transferring temperature should be around 80 °C.

Abstract: The optimum curing times for rubbers used at various parts of a tire are measured under different temperatures. The sulfurization reaction activation energies for various kinds of rubbers are obtained based on Arrhenius’ law and the equivalent tire curing time and curing degree are calculated with or without taking post-valcanization effect into consideration. It Is found the post-valcanization effect has significant effect on the rubber curing degree and therefore can not be ignored. Attentions have to be paid on the post-valcanization effect for quality and efficiency enhancement of tire production.
