The Study of Mapping Mechanism from Product Structure to R&D Project Tasks

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of data relationship between product structure and project plan of R&D projects, this paper proposes the mapping rules of product structure nodes and project task nodes, and establishes the mapping of the relationship between components and tasks. In this paper project plan is decomposed on the basis of product structure, so the workload of task decomposition of project manager is reduced, the efficiency is improved, and the accuracy and completeness of the task is ensured.
