Evaluation Architecture and Method of Quality Survival and Development Index for Product

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper proposed the concept of quality survival and development index. The evaluation indicators system for quality survival and development index was established which includes customer satisfaction indicators of micro-environment and quality fitness Indicators of macro-environment. Breaking the traditional limitations of quality studying that focus only on customer satisfaction rather than from a macro perspective to evaluate the quality of products. Combining micro-environment and macro-environment together to established a mathematical model of quality survival and development index. Finally, an example of CNC machine tools was employed to analysis, utilizing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through all this, we validate this method of evaluation index system practicality and effectiveness.
