Abstract:

Railway plays an important role in transportation system in China or many other countries. In order to solve the problem of cleaning sand-covered railway in western areas of China emergently, a new railway sand removal vehicle is studying, and as the most important mechanism, the sand scraping mechanism affects entire efficiency and even determines the success or not of the whole vehicle, therefore, structures of the mechanism were designed and further studied by using UG and ANSYS software.
