Abstract:

Critical Success Factors can be changed with the difference of industry, environment, business strategy, lifecycle of system, identification method and system, categorization and the study perspective of researchers. In the research of new high-tech enterprises consultation, it’s more valuable to discuss the Critical Success Factors and the orientation enhancing effect under the background of the lifecycle, value system and the classification of SWOT. Consulting the new high-tech enterprises under the background of “LC+CSF” will generate three kinds of prospective oriented aggrandizement, which are foreseeing enhancement of crucial problems, enhancement along the lifecycle track and foreseeing enhancement of the whole lifecycle. At the same time, consulting under the background of “VE+CSF” will generate four kinds of value orientation enhancement, which are type of function increasing relatively, type of cost reducing relatively, type of value upgrading and type of increasing methods applicability. Meanwhile, consulting in the situation of “SWOT+CSF” will make consulting judgment and consultation scheme be strengthened effectively along strategy and environmental orientation because of the application in the strategic quadrangle analysis affected by SWOT classification factors and CSF, factor intensity analysis and strategic situation analysis.
