Optimization Research for the Motion Law of Vice-Spindle of Twin-Spindle CNC Turning Center

Article Preview

Abstract:

The vice-spindle of twin-spindle CNC turning center is easy to produce flexible impact in the process of griping work-piece and it will affect the accuracy of transmission system. According to the problem, an optimization method of staged acceleration-deceleration added to the vice-spindle motion law is put forward, and the optimization scheme is proposed. The results of simulation indicate that the scheme can reduce the flexible impact effectively and ensure the accuracy of transmission system.
