Analysis of 3D Dynamic Response for TC4 Blades by the FEM

Article Preview

Abstract:

TC4 blades are one of the major parts of the aero engine, and the examples of engine invalid and even wrecked are common. In this paper, a 3D analysis system of the vibration behaviors of the TC4 blades is given. The 3D analysis model of blade was described using 20 nodes elements. The finite element procedure was worked out using the blade vibration behaviors analysis of the aero engine. At last, the modal shapes and stress nephograms of the first six frequencies are gotten which influenced the blade vibration characteristics. Results show that the program has offered an effective, flexible research means for analyzing dynamic response of TC4 blades.
