Reinforcing Design of the Crane Girder in a Factory

Abstract:

The advantages of reinforcing methods for crane girder were compared with disadvantages and it was found that external prestressing method was the most reasonable reinforcing method. Thereafter, this method was used for reinforcing crane girder. Some reinforcing points such as determining calculation view, the control stress calculation, the prestress loss calculation and the tension length calculation etc. were described in detail. Finally, maintenance of the steel components and the prestressed reinforcements should be paid attention during the use of crane girder.
