Article Preview

Abstract:

The concept of system design requires to conduct design integration while breaking specialty barriers. This leads to the broadening of design vision as well as the development of new design methods. Underground garages in urban residential districts fail to meet humanized demands because of the single design guideline of underground transportation buildings. Introducing the design concepts such as visual identity guidance, landscape design and space design, etc. and diversifying design methods, based on the idea of people-oriented, can enhance the quality of space environment, improve the dehumanized situation and obtain various benefits.
