Abstract: 3D GIS is an intuitive and effective method of realistic geo-information. Its spatial analysis function meets the user’s needs of inquiring and analyzing to the geo-information. 3D GIS has been widely used in geoscience and urban planning. This article introduces the 3D GIS firstly. Then it discusses the implementation methods of 3D GIS in detail. These include underlying development, secondary development and implementation by remote sensing images. At last, their merits and faults are analyzed, and the paper gives the suitable conditions for different applications.

Abstract: With the high resolution remotely sensed image and an old map of the Pingfeng campus of Guilin University of Technology, 3D virtual reconstruction, roaming and buildings management of the campus were accomplished by the usage of ArcGIS to get basic geographic information, applying SketchUp to create 3D models and ArcEngine to develop a management information system. This method takes full advantage of existing data sources and can quickly build a 3D visualization information system.

Abstract: A novel multibranched nonlinear chromophore containing carbazole moiety,4, 4´, 4´´-tris(9-(3,6-tert-butyl)carbazyl-trans-styryl) -1, 3, 5-triphenylbenzene (TCSTPB),was synthesized and characterized by 1HNMR and elemental analysis. One-photon absorption in chloroform shows the optical transparent property of the chromophore in the near infrared region. The properties of optical power limiting induced by three-photon absorption (3PA) are demonstrated. Large 3PA coefficients and the corresponding 3PA molecular cross section as high as 10-74 cm6 s2 was obtained pumped by picosecond laser pulse at 1.06 μm from nonlinear transmission measurements.

Abstract: Aiming at problems about repeat matching and wrong matching appeared when traditional SIFT algorithm was used in image matching, an image matching method based on SIFT feature was put forward. Firstly, SIFT features were extracted by traditional SIFT algorithm and candidate matching point pairs were obtained by the nearest neighbor rule. Secondly, lateral matching method was used to remove repeat matched dot-pairs. Finally, Mahalanobis distance as a similarity measurement was used to remove wrong matched dot-pairs. Experiment shows this method can achieve image matching effectively with high accuracy.

Abstract: In order to eliminate the influence of sensor system errors on detecting precision, the intersection of sensor locating globes is modeled with Earth-Center Earth-Fixed coordinates as transitional characters and to be eliminated, and a self-adaptive filter is presented to register sensor system errors for multi-platform, which identifies model characters and error characters on line by innovation correlation function sequence based on real-time mutual observation of platforms. Contrastive simulations against traditional registration algorithm show that the registration algorithm based on innovation correlation can converge quickly with high precision.

Abstract: As to Jiaonan geodetic datum, third-order horizontal control network is established through GPS while third-order leveling network is established through electronic level. This paper illustrates how to process data so as to improve horizontal and vertical precision in the process of establishing third-order horizontal control network and elevation fitting. It puts forward such an opinion: making precision test for starting points of horizontal network and preserving those short baselines of low precision in unconstraint three-dimensional adjustment;As to elevation fitting, we advocates employing a variety of fitting scheme make precision inspection for those known GPS leveling points as well as those unknown points’ fitting level. Then the most probable level is just what we get. Afterwards, we calculate those unknown points’ root mean square error of fitting height, plus the minimum and maximum difference between fitting height and the most probable height. Taking all the results of precision inspection into consideration, we can find out the best fitting scheme, which improves the systematic precision and reliability of geodetic datum.

Abstract: Qingzhou-Linshu super highway, spanning 228.333km, is located in the center of Shandong province, which forms a south-to-north expressway channel. Undoubtedly, it’s an important part of Shandong highway network. Approximately, it runs from south to north and one projection zone is enough to satisfy relevant requests of horizontal coordinate system; From Qingzhou to Mazhan Town, Yishui County, most are hilly and mountainous terrain while from Mazhan Town, Yishui County to Linshu County, most are plain terrain, except for a few rolling terrain. As a result, fourth-order leveling control network is enough to meet the requirements of reconnaissance survey, design and constructive lofting. As the expressway and Ji-Qing south line carry out reconnaissance and design simultaneously and form an interchange at Mazhan Town, Yishui County, plus tight time and intense work, the systemic conformance of horizontal coordinate system and vertical datum are in high demand. The report analyses and discusses the adoption of horizontal and vertical network’s starting points, layout, observation, data processing and adjustment, together with eliminating the coordinate division and elevation value’s step of the same control point. In the meantime, it analyses how to make rapid aerial photogrammetry for the whole line with the scale of 1/2000, so as to improve the precision and reliability of horizontal and vertical datum as well as speed up the process of charting and utmostly satisfy the demand of highway reconnaissance and design.

Abstract: It is difficult to accurately calculate the predicting parameters of surface displacement of mining subsidence. Based on the measured data of the ground movement observation station in North China, The probability integral method is taken as mathematical model of Surface movement parameters fitting, the curve-fitting of the measured data is carried out by using Matlab’s efficient data processing and mapping function, thus it becomes easy to obtain accurate predicting parameters of mining subsidence. By comparing the measured data with the curve-fitting results, the research shows that the fitting results based on Matlab is more accurate, and meet the requirements of practical engineering. It is important and practically significant to improve the predicting accuracy of mining subsidence, give scientific and rational guidance to mining under the buildings, railways and water bodies.

Abstract: Through the Bachu-Jiashi Ms6.8 earthquake liquefaction investigation and test, obtain the 47 the standard penetration test date, examine the existing standard applicability based on standard penetration test of soil liquefaction identification method, and put forward the new sandy soil liquefaction evaluation formula. Analysis shows that the current assessment formula base on SPT counts of soil liquefaction are not applicable to Xinjiang region, will give the risky results. In the new survey data of soil liquefaction evaluation model established of five parameters by the earthquake intensity, the measured SPT counts, datum SPT values, groundwater level, and sand buried depth. The datum SPT values, the influencing coefficients of water and sand depths are gain by a normalized method and by an optimizing method. Establish new formula of soil liquefaction evaluation to the success judging rate is higher, the model shows that constructing reasonable and calculation formula is reliable, can be employed for regional code formulation in Xinjiang area.

Abstract: In construction market, how to achieve the sustainable development of surveying engineering is an important issue. Therefore, there is a need to study the influential factors for sustainable development of surveying engineering in construction market. We used the common hypothesis in theoretical study for reference to establish model structure, and we selected two influential factors. Conclusion could be drawn that, the sustainable development of surveying engineering could be realized by choosing the right influential factors in construction market.
