Abstract:

This research tries to explore the relationship between form and function of architecture in the information society through exploring several typical phenomenons. The conclusion is “form follows function” in the information society. The elementary factor of architecture is to provide the place for human’s activities. Once the architecture satisfies the function, different forms can be adopted.
