Exploration on Establishing Urban Planning Administration Units: A Case Study of Harbin, China

Abstract:

Urban planning administration units integrate urban planning in many levels and pursue more elaborate plan, to service for the urban administration. This paper studies the establishing method and controlling contents of urban planning administration units systematically, discusses the theory and practical meaning and researches the position of urban planning administration units in urban administration and its developing trend.
