Abstract:

The development of a low-carbon economy and environment protection has become common concerns from all over the world. At present, factors of the circulation industry covered the conventional facilities, distribution, cold chain development, the capital, management concept expect negative effects on the development of low carbon. This paper focuses on the research of green cold-chain management on the basis of the low-carbon economy, so as to provide some enlightenment of developing scientific and systematic cold chain green management.
