A Remote Monitoring and Control System for Injection Molding Machines Based on Optical Fiber Communications

Abstract:

According to the work flow of injection molding machines and the actual needs of remote monitoring, a remote monitoring and control solution for injection molding machine based on optical fiber communication is proposed in this paper. A kind of data acquisition hardware and software is designed and a remote monitoring and control system for injection molding machines based on optical fiber communications is built on this basis. This system can effectively improve the production efficiency of production enterprises.
