Finite Element Analysis of Gear under the Pressure of Different Oil Condition

Abstract:

The 3-D model of spur gear is created in SolidWorks software, the finite element analysis of gear under the EHL of different oil condition is made in ANSYS. During the finite element analysis, the numerical gear EHL film pressure is added, we can get this tooth loading stress and the impact of pressure on the gear is smaller under the starved oil condition. The results of the research will modify gear work environment and improve productivity with a certain reference value.
