Research on Zero Point Detection Technology of Coriolis Mass Flowmeter Based on Wavelet Transform

Abstract:

Accurate detection of zero point is significant for improving working performance and measurement accuracy of Coriolis Mass Flowmeter. In this paper, wavelet transform technology is adopted to form the pre-filter to suppress noise jamming, to get sensor’s zero point precisely in working condition. Implementation scheme of software and hardware is given, correlative simulation and field experiment are carried out to verify the feasibility of the method.
