Abstract: Considering various the wavelet decomposition reconstruction technology and training cycle of adaptive neural fuzzy inference system, this article propose four runoff forecast model of wavelet analysis and adaptive neural fuzzy inference system integration, such as the long cycle based on Mallat algorithm in runoff prediction, the long cycle based on wavelet packet algorithm in runoff prediction, the short cycle based on Mallat algorithm in runoff prediction, the short cycle based on wavelet packet algorithm in runoff prediction, and illuminate the model of the principles, structures and procedures. This model is used in Tangnaihe station monthly runoff forecast which lies in the Huanghe source area. Simulation results are evaluated by the cycle decomposition coefficients and Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient; it shows that the long cycle based on Mallat algorithm is best, the short cycle based on wavelet packet algorithm is worst. The author analyzes the reason and makes some proposal.

Abstract: In order to reject non-repetitive disturbance and improve the performance of iterative learning control, a series connection of feedback controller and ILC system with disturbance observer is presented. The random disturbance and uncertain model in ILC are studied. The simulation experiments indicate that DOB can reject non-disturbance and decrease the affect of uncertain model in ILC. The system is verified to be effective for promoting tracking performance and rejecting the non-repetitive disturbance in ILC.

Abstract: A novel facial expression recognition method based on Gabor features and fuzzy classifier is proposed. Gabor wavelet is employed for feature extraction because it has good characteristics, which make it very suitable for the area of facial expression recognition. Because high-dimensional Gabor features are quite redundant, DCT and 2DPCA are respectively used to reduce dimensions and select valid features. Finally, expressions are recognized with fuzzy k-nearest neighbor classifier, which is demonstrated to be a more effective classifier. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high computational speed and good recognition rate.

Abstract: This paper is based on Point-electrode model of electric field of steady current in sea, and regards the seawater as lining,uniformity and apiece-direction congenialitily half-infinity conductor space. Founding on the comparability of steady current field and static current field,the paper calculates the distribution of circle-electrode's electric potential of the steady current in the three-layers medium(air-sea water-seabed) by image method and gets the expession. Thus the paper takes the model of the circle-electrode's electric field of steady current of in the sea .

Abstract: Based on ADAMS, The dynamics simulation software of individual soldier automatic weapon was developed. Parameter modification, remodeling, dynamics simulation, simulation replay, obtain and save of results of Individual Soldier Automatic weapon model by finely Chinese interface were completed. The software brings convenient for user,and improves design efficiency. The results show that the software is reliable.

Abstract: A mutli-model modeling method based on local model is given. The modeling idea is firstly to find some data matching with the current working point from vast historical system input-output datasets, and in this paper, we give a new method of choose data information based on similarity of vector which improve the accuracy of data greatly. Secondly to choose the weight and optimum bandwidth then develop a local model using local polynomial fitting algorithm. With the change of working points, multiple local models are built. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by simulation results.

Abstract: Traditional Live Wire algorithm distinguished the strength edge of objectives uneasily and executive speed of algorithm is slow. For these problems, an improved Live-Wire algorithm is proposed. First it implements anisotropic diffusion filtering to images and constructs a new expense function, then combined with region growing segmentation algorithm, it implements interactive segmentation to medical images. Improved algorithm avoids the shortcomings of the traditional Live-wire algorithm which is sensitive to noise and can not effectively distinguish the edge of the strength, also reduces the time and blindness of dynamic programming to find the optimal path and improves the accuracy and implementation efficiency of the image segmentation.

Abstract: The method of trigonometric series is one of widely used methods for calculating artificial ground motion. But using this method the speed of time, it was found that the zero line must exist the phenomenon of drift. This text fore person the foundation of the research up, a kind of more perfect model of differentiable nonsingular strength envelope function is proposed .a better resolve this problem. Passing the calculation proved that the new method is reasonable and effective.

Abstract: Adsorption refrigeration--without Freon as refrigerant, is an environmental friendly refrigeration technology. A novel exhaust-driven adsorption icemaker on a fishing boat is introduced in this paper. Different with the previous tubular structured adsorption bed, WHCT is made of seamless stainless steel pipe, the adsorbent bed, evaporator / condenser are all placed in one tube. In order to study the cooling loss in the transition section, a simplified mathematical model of the transition section was set upbased on assumptions.

Abstract: Nowadays, all kinds of technology advance swiftly and vigorously, especially computer technology. In such cases, the computerized test system emerges as the times demand. It will take the place of the traditional test by making use of the computer to manage and possess the item bank, organize the contents and evaluate the test paper. It is characterized in its convenience and fastness in setting a test paper, its speed and accuracy in evaluating the paper and its scientific analysis of the test paper. It is easier for teachers to set a test paper by the item bank system, and it will save a lot of labors in evaluating the test paper. It will greatly improve the accuracy in evaluation. The statistical analysis will be performed automatically by the computer, which will be convenient for students to inquiry about, print, count and analyze their marks. Then in analogy to manual assessment of the exam scripts, an algorithm, by using fuzzy theory to assess the subjective questions, is proposed and analyzed in detail. It is a useful attempt to try to solve the automatic subjective question assessment which would have to be done traditionally by manual effort.
