Abstract: In Bioelectrical impedance measurement, the impedance accuracy is a very important parameter. With the analysis of general Digital Phase Sensitive Detection (DPSD) algorithm and its error, this paper presents an improved DPSD algorithm. In this method, it firstly decomposes the orthogonal signals which have passed through the networks, and then sums (minus) the relevant signals to get the parameters amplitude and phase. By this way, it can avoid errors caused by filtering operation in general DPSD algorithm. At last, the paper gives a simulation which can be hardware-based achieved. The result proves the effectiveness and feasibility of this improved method.

Abstract: In order to reduce the effects caused by flash, subtitles, camera movement and other factors on shot detection, the method of segmenting images using histogram is improved. The frame difference between blocks are used as characters, and the weight of the blocks are used as feature weight to do fuzzy clustering . The images are pretreated according to the characteristics such as video mutation and gradually changing border. The effect that the factors of flash, subtitles, camera movement etc have on the shot boundary detection is excluded, finally the shot boundary detection is realized. The experiment shows that , whatever the video is ,the method has relatively strong robustness.

Abstract: The camera module interface features of the embedded processor S3C6410 would be analyzed, then the method of connection with CMOS camera hardware would be introduced. Based on Windows CE6.0 operating system and DirectShow technology, the high-resolution camera driver has been developed. Some features and functions of the camera are validated, and the results indicate that the camera driver is with high reusability and high stability. The result of character recognition test is up to 99.6%, and this verifies the high effective resolution.

Abstract: In industrial fields, precise pose of a 3D object is the prerequisite of the subsequent tasks like grasping and assembly, thus many researches on accurate pose estimation of a 3D object are explored over the last decades. To get the pose of a 3D work piece from the 2D image data is a challenging task in industrial applications. This paper proposes a fully automated pose estimation system which is capable to estimate the accurate model and pose of a 3D work piece that can well match the 2D image data. This is achieved by representing the above problem as an optimization problem aiming at finding the accurate model parameters and pose parameters of work piece by minimize the difference between the real 2D image and the hypothetical 2D image that produced through the given parameters from 3D image. Due to the coupling of the unknown model and pose parameters and the discontinuity of the objective function, the above optimization problem cannot be solved through traditional optimization approaches. Hence, we utilize a heuristic optimization strategy - Differential Evolution to cope with the problem. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: In order to achieve rapid ease and rescue incidents in regional emergency, dispatching police scientific and reasonable , putting forward the model of emergency police force allocation to set up patrol service platform. Based on graph theory construction of the topological structure of the original problem, we use genetic algorithm to solve the problem .Through the solving ,we can get the best setting scheme of patrol service platform, to meeting patrol police within the specified time to achieve the area of possible emergencies of any emergency in the situation that given the number of police. Under meeting the hypothesis conditions using MATLAB software combined with genetic algorithm, we can get the police force allocation scheme optimization finally. Therefore, based on the graph theory combination of genetic algorithm and construction of city road traffic emergency police force allocation model, we can realize the security forces rescue scheduling, further realize the scientific and efficient rescue.

Within the progress of researching and developing combat simulation system, how building up the environment that comes close to the realistic combat field, on the departure that whole describing the activity of combat unit in the combat field, This paper has put forward the concept of CABC (Combat Agent Based Command) according to the Agent of the instruction mechanism, it has combined the autonomy and restriction into fact, can react with the agents in the environment proactively or passively. CABC is autonomous, proactive, social and intelligent.

Abstract: The essentiality of assembly assessment and assembly optimization in design stage is analyzed, and the existent problems of conventional assembly design method are illuminated. ADMDMU (Assembly Design Method based Digital Mock-Up) is illuminated, and the process of ADMDMU established, and the ADMDMU architecture is given out. The key techniques of ADMDMU are analyzed, and include assembly design based KBE (Knowledge Based Engineering) and virtual assembly based physically attribute. According to physical attribute, physically based modeling, visual object movement control, force simulation method and assembly sequence planning method are emphatically illuminated. Assembly design system based DMU is established in foundation of ADMDMU.

Abstract: Automobile information on internet increases fast as the quick development in automobile information construction. However, general search engines are unable to meet the increasing demand for accurate searching of automobile information. The present paper reports the designing and implementation of a vertical search engine of automobile information by adopting vector space model to identify the automobile subject, and combine content analysis and link analysis. This search engine was proven making the result more reasonable and effective and thus increasing the rate of accuracy of search engine.

Abstract: This paper introduces a kind of fuzzy adaptive filtering algorithm. The whole process is divided into four steps. Plenty experimental simulation have been made, which has a good results using these methods. On this the premise which the signal detail is not damaged, this filtering algorithm can not only remove pulse but also has a higher capability of noise reduction. It have been verified by actual use and experimental simulation that this filtering algorithm not only has the all advantages of mean filtering and median filtering but can avoid edge blurry of signal, which can’t be realized using the mean filtering and the median filtering under bigger windows .

Abstract: Stitch points is determined through finding corresponding feature points of two images and its matching position is determined; image mosaics is accomplished through fusing process in overlapping area. Experiment proves responsibility of algorithm proposed in this paper and good result is gained.
