Abstract: In this paper we develop a class of new distance measures for interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Then we discuss some of the special cases of it by taking different parameters. Finally we apply them for discriminant analysis with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information.

Abstract: With the complexity of language structure, the problem of slice’s executability has gradually become people’s focus of attention. The research combines program slicing and path coverage according to their features, makes an attempt to propose the model of executable program slicing, and presents the executable slicing algorithm, which plays an important role in the automation of software analysis.

Abstract: For the purposes of correcting the LED display image, a method based on computer simulation is proposed. First, the development of the LED display panel is introduced. Second, analyze the causes of the problem which image in LED display panel has serious high non-uniformity, and introduce the existed correction techniques which are used to reduce the non-uniformity of LED display image. Simultaneously, point out the ground for shortcomings of these techniques. Third, describe the principle of correction method based on computer simulation detail from two steps, which are the luminous collection and luminous copulation. Forth, describe the realization steps of this method in accordance with the third step. Finally, this method is supplied in a LED display panel, whose resolution is 640×480. Experimental results show that this method is able to reduce the non-uniformity of images from 11.06% to 0.98%..

Abstract: A characteristic radial basis meshless method (CRBM) is developed for numerically solving convection-dominated diffusion equations. This method is a truly meshless technique without mesh discretization, and it is numerically stable and more efficient than the characteristic finite element method (CFEM) as demonstrated by the provided numerical results for convection-dominated diffusion problems. Moreover, the existence and uniqueness of the solution to the method are proved.

Abstract: As the non-Gaussianity of ship-radiated noise reduces fast when the Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) becomes low, a bispectrum detector in the frequency domain is proposed to ease the problem. First, FFT method is applied on the received data to calculate the power spectrum. Second, the non-Gaussianity of the power spectrum series is tested by Hinich-Wilson Gaussian Test rule. Last, the bispectrum detector based on non-Gaussianity is used to determine whether there are ship-radiated signals. The bispectrum detector in frequency domain is applied to detect simulated noise and real ship-radiated noise. The results are compared with the detector which is in the signal’s time domain. The comparison illustrates that the bispectrum detector based on the power spectrum series(in frequency domain) is much better in detecting low SNR signals, which is very valuable in far distance detection.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce the concept of data model, and design an algorithm to generate a tree-like structure that describes the hierarchy of nested synchronizations. A data model and document tree example based on the RTWD net is studided. The resulting document tree shares information with control flow, and displays its hierarchy structure.

Abstract: In this paper an algorithm is proposed to retrieve images based on contour moment invariants of image and relevance feedback. Firstly, the contour of each query image is extracted and its contour moment invariant is computed. Then according to Euclid Distance between the query image and each image in the image database, the most similar images to the query image can be found. Finally, the relevance feedback algorithm based on support vector machine (SVM) is applied to improve retrieval precision. Experimental results show that the algorithm is more accurate and efficient to retrieve images with monotonous background and clear object and meet the invariance on shift, rotation and scale transform of objects.

Abstract: To overcome some shortcoming existed in the conventional ant colony algorithms, e.g. slow converging and trend for falling into local convergences, a novel method for robot path planning is introduced based on cellular ant colony. Firstly, two ant colonies were set to run with different strategies. Secondly, the existing ant colony paths were evolved by following the cellular rules, so that the ants could jump from the current region into the region with a solution. Experiment results showed that the proposed algorithm proved to be stable, and that the global optimal path was found in a short time in a number of iterations.

Abstract: For the partial synchronization problem in integration of workflow process model with data model, this paper develops an algorithm through synchronization edges to get synchronization processes. Firstly, a workflow model called RTWD net is introduced. Then the concepts of synchronization edge, process, synchronization process, base process, process tree, data type and trace-set of types is given. Finally, an algorithm for abstracting the synchronization process and a case study is presented.

Abstract: In order to well detect target’s line character for infrared image, we propose improving line character in image through using ridgelet transform which is a kind of multiscale geometric analysis tool and it is especially suitable for describing the 2-D signals which have linear or super-plane singularities. This paper briefs the principle of ridgelet transform and explains our enhancement algorithm in some detail. Its core consists of the method of tensile scale of coefficient in Radon transform domain, filtering method in processing of one dimensional wavelet transform and the algorithm steps of improving line character. It reconstructs images and compares with the other traditional method as presented and analyzes scale of coefficient and time complexity. Our enhancement method is proved effective preliminarily by experimental results.
